Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has told Manchester United fans they will be excited and entertained by the new signing of Jadon Sancho.

United have confirmed the long-awaited £72.9million addition of Sancho today and Solskjaer is confident the 21-year-old will get supporters on their feet at Old Trafford this season.

Solskjaer has been a long-term admirer of Sancho and the winger has been United’s number one transfer target for the previous two summers.

He is expected to fill the right-wing role at United after signing a five-year deal with the option of an extra year and Solskjaer is delighted to finally land his man, someone who he believes has all the attributes to thrill the fans.
