Lead show sponsor, FirstBank in a statement by its Group Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications, Folake Ani-Mumuney, reiterated that The Voice Nigeria 3 is a Reality TV show designed to discover and promote talented singers to actualize their dreams of becoming international stars which aligns with FirstBank’s commitment to providing a platform for nurturing and showcasing talents and driving social cohesion.

Recall that The Voice Nigeria season 3 show was said to have had more than 14,000 contestants, but it was only few out of them that made it to the blind auditions stage. While some were lucky enough to get an approval from the coaches, others were asked to go home and possibly try another time, and so the journey began for the best chosen ones.

Starting from the blind auditions, which are regarded as one of the most remarkable aspects of the show, where coaches select talents, and those chosen will have to work their way to the next stage by convincing the coaches with their vocal talents.

The blind audition stage is where contestants struggle to get the approval of one of the coaches, or possibly all of the four coaches who will guide and train them throughout the musical journey. Then comes the fight where selected talents battle for a spot at the live shows.

The coaches are known to be professional and excellent at their jobs of mentoring and training the contestants individually or as a group, which has given room for growth and development of the talents.

The live broadcast of the TV show for the contest is very tough as talents have to be saved by their personal or group coaches first, then by the vote of fans and viewers.

The Voice Nigeria season 3 is sponsored by First Bank, Baba Ijebu and Airtel.
